Part of Email Usage
direct message All updates are sent via DM to @lilgrams

Direct Messages

In order to keep all your memories safe and secure, we accept updates ONLY as Direct Messages.

Some things to remember

  • All DMs are considered StoryGrams, unless you include a Gram Hashtag
  • If you don't mention a specific baby in your tweet, it will be added to the active baby account. Settings can be adjusted in Preferences.

Please make sure you are following @lilgrams.

@names

The @name convention in Twitter has come to indicate when a message is directed AT someone.

We maintain our own private universe of users, namely, your children. In Lil'Grams, @name indicates a baby's domain NOT a Twitter username.

Gram Hashtags

You can quickly tell Lil'Grams that your tweet is a specific kind of gram with a Gram Hashtag

The shortcut to remember: use the first word in the gram name (ex. StoryGram is #story).

Gram Example

#story » tweet it

#growth » tweet it

#first » tweet it

#food » tweet it

#media » tweet it

#word » tweet it

Sharing Hashtags

Sometimes, you may not want to share a gram with everyone - we've got some special hashtags to help you with that. Use any combination of them you like.

Hashtag Results
#all Sends the gram to everyone in your address book tweet it
#parents Sends the gram to just parents tweet it
#family Sends the gram to just family members tweet it
#friends Sends the gram to just friends tweet it

NOTE:: You can set your defaults for sharing in Preferences
