Our email support makes is super simple for any email user to take full-advantage of Lil'Grams without even visiting the web site.

Setting Up Email

Setting up e-mail is very simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Click Preferences in the Menu Bar
  2. Click on the Accounts tab
  3. Check if your email address is listed - add one if you need to
  4. Look in your inbox for our confirmation email

NOTE: You won't be able to post grams until you've confirmed your email address.

Composing Emails

There are a few basic conventions to remember when sending grams via email:

Part of Email Usage
Recipient (To:) Indicates what kind of item to make, who to share it with, and where to publish it
Subject Indicates the contents of your new gram or name of an album
Body We ignore everything in the body of your email
Attachments Photos and videos are attached to a gram or saved in an album

Main Addresses

There are only a few addresses that you will likely need to remember in order to post via email. Here they are:

E-mail Address Results

try it | download contact 		Posts a new StoryGram using the subject line as the contents
album@lilgrams.com (coming soon) Creates a new album using the subject line as the album title

When using these addresses, all grams are created for your active baby account. Settings can be adjusted in Preferences.

Gram Addresses

While the main addresses will serve you most of the time, we've also made a number of special gram addresses available so you can post more specific kinds of grams via email.

The shortcut to remember: use the first word in the gram name (ex. StoryGram is story@lilgrams.com).
