How does it work?

Parents send us little updates (lil'grams = little telegrams) with photos, videos or text in the normal course of your life via web, email, or twitter - desktop or mobile

We permanently store them in the baby book and send them along to friends and family the way they want to receive them.

Why should I use lil'grams?

We make parents' lives easier. We're with you wherever you are via email, the web, and Twitter and take the stress out of sending and storing photos and videos to friends and family.

Can I share photos and videos?

Most definitely! We think a gram isn't complete UNTIL it's got a photo or video to go with it! You can upload photos and videos or just email them in.

Can strangers see my baby's photos and videos?

You completely control who has access to your baby book. Only friends and family whom you have invited in can see your baby's photos, videos, and updates. We're as concerned about privacy as you are; your baby's site is never public.

How much does it cost?

We currently offer two plans. The basic plan is $29 per year (that's only eight cents per day!) and the premium plan is $49 per year.

Will you put ads on my baby's site or emails?

No. We do not serve traditional advertisements. One of the benefits of our subscription model is that we do not have to place sponsor ads next to your baby's memories.

From time to time we will also have sponsor-supported contests (you know your baby is the cutest), but these will never alter your regular lil'grams experience.

Can I sign up for lil'grams while I'm pregnant?

Yes, absolutely! Our grams work just as well for mom while she's pregnant as they do for baby once born. You can edit the details later.

What's the optimal age of my child for lil'grams?

We're currently targeting children aged 0-3, but we're soon going to be adding more grams that are appropriate for older children as they begin school, sports, and other activities.

Yes, and we hope you do! We've tried to make it as easy as possible to give lil'grams as a gift.

We certainly hope you never have to worry about this, but we know that some people think about it when considering using a service from a new company.

With that in mind we're working on tools to make it as easy as possible to export all of your information including original photo and video files and Grams in a friendly, re-usable manner. We're here to reduce your stress, not add to it.
